Wellbeing Workshops for Staff and Students
‘THE FUTURE OF LEARNING, IS LEARNING ABOUT OURSELVES.’
When a student experiences a sense of empowerment, and this sense is cultivated appropriately, it becomes a lasting aspect of their entire life. Introducing Breathwork, meditation and nervous system regulation to students serves as a potent method for them to feel empowered and take charge of their own body and nervous system, whether in an energising or soothing manner.
Overcoming respiratory and mindset challenges in students can be challenging, and acquiring the skill of functional breathing becomes an initial stride towards gaining autonomy.
Length of each workshop is around 45-60 mins.
Covering:
Performance based strtaegies to cope with pressures of school and home life.
Breathwork techniques / Meditation techniques.
Alarm system in our body - Fight and Flight.
Calming system in our body - Rest and Digest.
Big feelings, emotions and reactions - and how to use our breath as a remote control.
Up to 5 x practical Breathwork techniques to be used for anxious moments, stressful situations, challenging situations.
