Today’s students face more pressure than ever - academically, socially, emotionally. These workshops give young people simple, science-backed tools to calm their bodies, manage big feelings, and build lasting emotional resilience. Through breathwork and nervous system education, students learn to better understand themselves and gain skills they can use for life.

School Workshops

Breath as a Tool for Calm, Focus & Confidence

In each workshop, students discover:

  • How their nervous system works (fight/flight vs rest/digest)

  • Why breath affects how they feel, think, and respond

  • Practical breath techniques for anxiety, focus, sleep, and exams

  • How to manage emotional overload with calm, embodied awareness

  • That it’s okay to feel big things and they have the tools to navigate them

Sessions are age-appropriate, engaging, and interactive and can be tailored for primary, intermediate, secondary, or special interest groups.
