Breath as a Tool for Calm, Focus & Confidence
In each workshop, students discover:
How their nervous system works (fight/flight vs rest/digest)
Why breath affects how they feel, think, and respond
Practical breath techniques for anxiety, focus, sleep, and exams
How to manage emotional overload with calm, embodied awareness
That it’s okay to feel big things and they have the tools to navigate them
Sessions are age-appropriate, engaging, and interactive and can be tailored for primary, intermediate, secondary, or special interest groups.
