Superhero Breaths – A Breathwork Event for Kids (Ages 6–12)
Introduce your child to simple breathing tools that can support calm, focus, and emotional balance.
Join Gemma Douglas for a fun and engaging 45-minute session where your child/children will learn simple, science-backed breathing tools to help them manage big emotions, feel more in control, and wind down more easily.
Each child will leave with a take-home breathwork guide and receive a free guided sleep meditation after the event.
Location: Magdalinos Room, Havelock North Function Centre

Time: 10:00–11.00am (please arrive 10-15 mins early)
Pricing:
• 1 adult + 1 child: $50
• Extra child: +$10
• Extra adult: +$20
*Can each child please bring a small soft toy or book (to rest on their belly for breathing).
