Superpower Breaths – A Breathwork Event for Kids (Ages 6–12)
Introduce your child to simple breathing tools that can support calm, focus, and emotional balance.
Join Gemma Douglas for a fun and engaging 45-minute session where your child/children will learn simple, science-backed breathing tools to help them manage big emotions, feel more in control, and wind down more easily.
Location: Lantern Room, Havelock North Function Centre

Time: 9am–9.45am (please arrive 10-15 mins early)

*Can each child please bring a small soft toy or book (to rest on their belly for breathing).
